Brewmaster Nitro Stout by Dundalk Bay Brewery
This Irish brew features a robust bitterness, perfectly balanced by dark chocolate, coffee, smoked charcuterie, liquorice and orange. Full-bodied flavour, complimented by the smooth nitro mouth feel and original creamy head, synonymous with draught stout. Served at 12-14°C and will be perfect as a paring drink to meat dishes.
Vigno 2019 by Odfjell Carignan
The wine has a complex and profound nose with black fruit, spices, and violets. The mouth feeling is full and juicy with fresh tannins. In 2019, the Maule Vally was affected by lower rainfall, and temperatures were higher than in previous seasons, which resulted in more concentrated flavor and exceptional grapes. It has the perfect balance between freshness and acidity.
