This wine features delicate, fine bubbles and savoury aromas derived from yeast, with a balanced blend of creaminess and freshness. On the palate, subtle notes of lemon and mushroom add complexity, while the gentle off-dry sweetness is beautifully countered by bright acidity.
Colour: Light lime pale in colour with a fine creamy bubble.Palate: Off dry, fresh, and clean flavours of lemon and nectarine. A refreshing, clean finish that leaves a pleasant, lasting taste.
