Nuanced, berry, slightly spicy flavor with hints of oak, blood orange, strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, pepper, herbs and lingonberries. Served at around 16°C with sea dishes, like spaghetti Frutti di Mare, grilled tuna, octopus with olive sauce or duck.
