Consistent grape selection, and high-quality vinification with minimal intervention result in a wine with high typicity, finesse, and a pronounced shelf life. Spicy flavor with hints of a barrel, cherry, nougat, strawberries, some cinnamon hint, the forest raspberry, and orange.
