Quinta Las Cabras by Vina La Rosa. Quinta Las Cabras Rose Sparkling Wine is an excellent wine for hot summer days. A pleasant freshness with fruity aromas of wild berries, strawberries, currants, cherries, and blood oranges. The aroma composition is the result of the grape varieties Pinot Noir (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), and Syrah (20%), which matured in steel tanks. Quinta Las Cabras can be served with salads, seafood, and poultry and is an ideal companion for a barbecue with friends.
