Information about the product Domaine De L’Argenteille “Tramontane”
Terroir: Clay-limestone soil with rolled pebbles from the Jurassic limestone bedrock. The Mediterranean climate is hot and dry, with a temperature range of 20°C between day and night.
Vinification: Manual harvesting and sorting of the grapes. Traditional fermentation with temperature control. Vatting for 25 days.
Tasting: Garnet color with purple highlights. Fruity taste with barrel character, and hints of blackberry, plum, cocoa, lavender, raspberries and fresh herbs. Elegant, ample and round mouth with notes of black fruits.
Gastronomic alliance: Tasting at 16°C after decanting in a carafe. To be consumed with red and white meats, Mediterranean dishes, and cheeses.
